Ghost Balloon ProjectDress up your home for Halloween with this quick and FUN project! A simple white balloon can turn into a spooky or silly ghost in a matter of minutes! Children will need help with the gluing portion of this project. |

Steps: |

Blow up the white balloon to make the ghost’s head. Try making different sizes for a variety of ghosts. |

Using a hot glue gun, glue on the eyeballs. |

Make a mouth using a long red balloon (not inflated) or pipe cleaner. Twist or bend the material and glue it at several points to keep its shape. |

Cut a piece of white tulle to a size you like, making sure it’s long enough to fall below the white balloon. Add a second, shorter piece on top for a more layered look. |
|
Glue the tulle to the very top of the balloon. |
|
Cut a piece of fishing wire and string it through the tulle. Tie a knot at the top and hang your ghost! |
