Easter Basket Cupcakes
FUN for the classroom and for home! So cute and they taste great too! Just make your favorite cupcake recipe and follow the directions below. Get creative and use lots of different candies to fill your baskets. These cupcakes are adorable at the end of your Easter buffet or as a centerpiece to your dessert table. You can modify this idea, and make a round cake. Weave several pipe cleaners together to create a large, multi-colored handle! |

Steps: |

Bake your cupcakes and let them cool. |
|
Frost with white frosting . |
|
In a bowl, mix coconut and green food coloring until the coconut is green . |
|
Cover the frosted cupcake tops with green coconut, so that it looks like grass on top. |
|
Add Marshmallow Chicks, Jelly Beans and any other FUN Easter Candy that you would like. |
|
Insert the pipe cleaner, as an upside down “U” to each side of the cupcake to create your basket handle. |
|
Tie a ribbon on the top of the handle and you have an Easter Basket Cupcake! |
