Steps:
Melt dark chocolate flavored wafers in painter's palette, according to package instructions.

Use brush from the painter's palette to paint desired details in each cavity of the mold with melted chocolate. Chill 1-2 minutes.

Melt milk chocolate flavored wafers, according to package instructions. Fill remainder of each mold cavity.

Insert lollipop sticks into stick channels of mold, with at least 1" of the stick inserted into the melted wafers. Rotate stick to completely cover the end with chocolate. Chill 10-15 minutes.

Once lollipops are finished and have reached room temperature, place in clear treat bags. Secure each bag with 2 ribbons.

Paint styrofoam ball yellow. Paint styrofoam square black. Dry 30 minutes.

Once styrofoam square is dry, insert button into the center of the square. Attach tassel around the button and lay on one side of square.

Cut the styrofoam ball across the bottom so that it sits flat, then glue styrofoam square to top of styrofoam ball, at an angle.

Insert smiley face pops into styrofoam ball and square, arranging as desired.
