Steps: |

Delicately poke a hole in the middle of napkin with a needle |
|
Run 2-4 pieces of ribbon through hole |
|
Gently tape ribbon on bottom of napkin |
|
Remaining ribbon on top of napkin is the "cap tassel" and can be slightly curled |

Curling ribbon in your school colors
