Experiment with ribbon and bows. Tie a bow around the wreath and add an ornament hook to hang. |

* Needle-nose pliers can have a sharp inner edge for cutting wire. Use this to cut the wire. If working with children, prepare the wire for them so the bells are ready to be strung on.
*Children should not handle pliers.
* Young children should use child-safe scissors |
